Every year, on the fourth Tuesday in June, DVP members gather for their Annual General Meeting.
They vote to elect the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board (every three years).
During this meeting, DVP members decide on the following:
- the activity report presented by the General Manager
- DVP’s annual accounts
- the annual transparency report
- the report of the Supervisory Board
- the report of the statutory auditor
- the general policy for the distribution of rights
- the general policy for so-called non-distributable funds
- the general investment policy
- the general policy for deductions relative to DVP operational costs
- the risk management policy
- the allocation of ‘non-redeemable’ sums
- all items on the agenda.
General Meeting 2025
DVP, which now has 366 members (308 publishers and 58 news agencies) representing more than 847 press publications, held its 4th Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2025 and approved the documents below.
