ROLE
The Board of Directors has the broadest powers and makes all decisions essential to the life of DVP. It appoints the Chief Executive Officer of the company, who implements the policy initiated by the directors.
COMPOSITION
The Board of Directors is composed of 16 members elected for a three-year term: 4 members proposed by SEPM, 2 members proposed by FNPS, 2 members proposed by SPIIL, 4 members proposed by GESTE, 3 members proposed by FFAP, and 1 qualified individual proposed by all of the above-mentioned organisations/unions.

ROLE
The Supervisory Board monitors the activities and performance of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, whose performance it assesses in a report submitted each year to the General Meeting. It also monitors the company’s resources and expenses and verifies its general accounting.
It issues an opinion on any refusals by DVP to disclose company documents requested by a member.
COMPOSITION
The Supervisory Board is composed of six members, including, where applicable, no more than two qualified individuals. The members of the Supervisory Board are elected for a three-year term on the recommendation of SEPM, FNPS, SPIIL, GESTE and FFAP.
